I am glad we received your email.

We get operators refusing to drive equipment or threaten to leave if a seat is not working.

We run a lot of older equipment in our quarry and we could not justify the replacement cost of genuine seats or afford to stand down the machines while we got the seats fixed.

The seats you supplied for our Komatsu dump truck & excavator were easy to fit, a fraction of the replacement cost and work like a treat.

I was also impressed with the quality.
